November 1 is an exciting (and crazy) day for writers, since it marks the beginning of National Novel Writing Month (or NaNoWriMo). NaNoWriMo is “an annual novel writing project that brings together professional and amateur writers from all over the world” as they aim to write an entire novel in one month. I’m working on the sequel to Unbreakable, the second book in the Legion series, so I am not participating. But I am here to cheer you on every step of the way.
Today, I’m launching the #DailyNaNo to offer tips and support to those of you participating in NaNoWriMo. To start things off, check out “How to Write a Novel in 30 Days” on DaringToLiveFully.com for things to keep in mind while writing your novel, including genre, setting, general tips, and more.
Be sure you like my Facebook page and follow me on Twitter, Tumblr, & Google+ for more tips, tricks, quotes, and images that will hopefully keep you motivated! You can also check out past The Week in Writing posts on my blog for more useful links.
Happy writing!
What would you like to see on the #DailyNaNo? Let me know in the comments section.
